Living Arts Cultural Heritage (LACH) works to build community, improve lives and increase cross cultural unity through education, events and creative projects rooted in the local history of African Americans and other cultural identities in Kitsap County and Pacific Northwest.
Mark your calendars! On February 1, 2025, at 11 a.m., WSBLI will host its grand opening with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony. This momentous occasion will also kick off a month-long Black Legacy Exhibit featuring highlights from Washington's first Black history museum, originally established in Tacoma.
The Remnant Project
The Remnant Project is our program dedicated to unearthing and representing all diverse communities in Kitsap County and surrounding regions.
Living Life Leadership is a part of LACH that gives youth the opportunity to learn leadership and life skills.
